Helpfulness at check-in. We were confused about the location and our host helped us find it!
Apartment is well equipped and in a good location. Everything was comfortable and clean and charming!
Location, host Julio is very punctual, caring, generous, one of the easiest person to deal with. We had flight late in the night while flying out and he let us stay couple of hours extra, that is very kind, accommodating. It is in very convenient location, next to the grocery store, 2 mins walk to the train station, 5-7 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchen has all the items. Convininent to eat breakfast, dinner for pasta that requires minimum cooking.Store is 15 seconds walk to the apartment.
Bathroom shower. Water was overflowing and to get the right hold/cold water level, it took a while for us to figure out. Having said that it is just a tiny flaw but if I go back to Paris, I would definitely rent Julio’s place if available. Still manageable for my family of 4 with 2 kids of age 7.
Train noise outside in the living room is there but it didn’t bother my kids since they slept in the living room. Main Bed room area no train noise. Overall 9.5/10 experience for me.
Location was excellent. Just a short walk to Notre Dame, the Seine, Pantheon and more. There was a grocery store next to the apartment and bakery across the street. I definitely recommend this location.
Our contact person, Stephane was excellent in quick response to any questions or concerns we had. He took good care of us.
The furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable but adequate.
The pictures are true, what you see is what you get.
This apartment was perfect in every way! You need not look any further. 2 minute walk to the metro made
Our stay even more wonderful, not to mention the cafes and patisserie right around the corner. The owners were so helpful. Emily even called me when I had trouble turning on the stove after she received my email. The apartment was very clean, stocked well and comfortable. Win ! Win!
A hidden gem is a beautiful park right across the street on your way to the metro. Don’t miss it.
The only very small thing I would improve on is to have written instructions for using the stove. Not a big deal but it would have been nicely not to have to have bothered Emily with this.
The location was absolutely fantastic. Also loved the fact it had an elevator.
The kitchen was barely equipped and the dishes could have used a good cleaning.
The location is great
Too many stairs
The location is fantastic! Two minutes walk to the Champs Elysses and the metro station but the apartment sits back from the street, through a courtyard so it is very quiet and private.
There is a two ring hob, a microwave, a toaster and a fridge with only very minimal utensils so cooking anything more than a light breakfast isn't really an option. Also, although there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle so tea drinkers need not apply!
Photos of this flat's view do not do it justice. The views are beautiful and panoramic. The location is right next to the Metro, so save your feet and your pocket book because cabs are irrelevant to how quickly you can access all points of Paris. Make sure you buy a carnet of tickets and keep your phone and/or any magnetic clasps away from the magnetic strips or else your tickets won't work! This place is not just another flat to me, it the place where I awakened to the world. Treat yourself!
Great location - entry to the apartment block in an arcade that runs between Saint Germaine Rue Saint Andre des Arts. The arcade itself contains many restaurants and Bistros and is one of the most lcharming arcades in Paris.
The apartment fronts on to Rue Saint Andre des Arts where there is bar that is open until 2am, 7 days a week that is extremely noisy. The double glazed windows shut out most of the noise but as there is no air conditioning the apartment gets very stuffy and warm if the weather is hot, which it was during our stay.
Having said this I would stay in the apartment again on my next trip to Paris.
Comfortable friendly-feeling apartment. Well-placed for shops and transport. We will certainly stay there again when we visit Paris next.
I can't think of anything except a more user friendly can-opener.
