Cosy small apartment, clean and quiet, close to many restaurants, shops and bars in Prenzlauer Berg. The windows have a view on a garden within the apartment complex.
Beds are good (not too hard or soft), the kitchen has most things you need. You can use a beamer to connect your mobile device via chromecast (easy to setup). The owner is friendly and helpfull.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to have a relax stay.
Although there is a beamer, we missed a bit a normal tv. But there is a nice radio in the kitchen. The bathroom is rather small, but clean and nicely decorated.
Convenient located. Cozy and well-equipped.
The apartment is so spacious, which means a family can easily play or rest at the same time. Lovely big windows and very close to the supermarket.
While the building and stairwells were a bit on the dirty/smelly side, the apartment itself was very clean, updated, and had no odor whatsoever. The decor was attractive and furniture was comfortable. The location was a bit off putting at first, but once we did some exploring of the local neighborhood we found plenty of bars, restaurants, and points of interest. Also, it was only a five minute walk to the metro station.
The bathroom was a bit cramped for two, but doable.
This is a super little flat with every you need for your visit. Once you work out the shortcut your less than 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz.
The view is good but if you go to the 18th floor and head to the verandah the view is great. One good thing is the flat is very warm and that's without the heating on.
The height of the beds are really low making it very difficult to get up out of. There is not enough soft seats in the sitting room...
Sort the shower head holder.
I quite liked the location, close to the metro and decent shops, bars and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and there is a constant good, Goldilocks temperature.
The apartment block is a dump and the apartment itself stinks to the point where all our clothes smelt after being left in there. The owner behaved as if we had disturbed her day, took our money and disappeared without giving any info about WiFi or where to take our rubbish. There is a list of do's and don'ts on the door including a threat of eviction if you make too much noise. This would be ok if we didn't have to put up with drilling from next door every time we were in! Would not recommend.
The location of this apartment was excellent. Just a few metres from the S and U Bahn. Alexanderplatz was a ten minute gentle stroll. The apartment although close to busy roads and railways was well insulated so was quiet. It was warm and there was sufficient facilities to make the stay free of hassle. The meeting for the key process was easy and polite. Dishwasher and washing machine on site. The flat was clean and tidy.
Sadly we think this apartment is in need of tender loving care. The bathroom needs a new cupboard (doors don't shut properly), shower head and the walls need a new coat of paint. In fact the entire apartment needs painting as there are scuffs and marks everywhere. There isn't a single mug without a chip and the furniture could do with updating. The beds are too low, the bedroom chair in one room is unusable. The apartment is perfectly usable but needs love, I would stay again.
Bedromlamps was missing in one of the rooms
The apartment was big, with lots of space, and the beds were comfortable.
It would be nice if there were soap/shampoo and maybe detergent for guests to use so we would not have needed to guy buy big bottles just for the time we were at this apartment.
