Nothing to improve
Location location location ! We've had easy access to the metro, bus, taxi and found nice and friendly places to eat close. We've enjoyed the appartement clean, spacious ...and warm ! We thank the Souper Team for their efficiency and for welcoming us so kindly.

Poor introduction explaining how the various systems worked, Eg, the television, washing machine, cooker, we felt that an information folder in the apartment would have helped us in operating the aforementioned, we eventually got the tv in the living room working, but without surround sound , we never got tv in bedroom to work , and it took a while to get the washing machine working .
We had a great stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. In house coffee machine a bonus!! Thank you.
Slightly warmer duvets would mean that the heat could be turned lower overnight (save gas).
Location, check in lady was very nice and explained thoroughly.
Flat is shabby, poorly isolated from noise, furnishing is old or IKEA cheap.
The owner is very unpleasant to deal with, threatening to cancel the booking (although a down payment was already made) because I was "too slow" to confirm the check in time, which I did 72H prior to arrival.
The cherry on top of the cake is the struggle to confirm check out time and get back the cash deposit. The lady was told to come at 8am instead of the agreed 07:40am, making extremely tight to catch our flight.
Unfortunately, the guest did not respect even
the elementary rules, which led to uneasy situations:
1.) We asked very politely 5 (five) times the expected arrival time. The guest did not reply at all, so we were not sure that he was still interested in renting the apartment. Finally, we got the relative information 1 day before his arrival - even that only partly.
2.) The guest did not want to pay the whole amount of the rental fee at his arrival, although the General Rules prescribe that. He became upset when we insisted on the rules.
3.) The nighbours were protesting, because the guests were very loud during the night. Although we warned the guests even in written form to respect the House
Rules - it was useless.
Finally - at the last moment - the guest wrote us both by SMS and e-mail, that they would check-out at 7:50 am, insted of the previously agreed 12:00 (noon). My collegue arrived in the apartment only at 7:52 am. The 2 minute delay is unacceptable, the guest is right, we have to apologise.
We are really sorry that the guest was not satisfied at 100%, and we do hope that his next stay in Budapest will be perfect!

Location. Near to everything. Tidyness.
Cold floor in the kitchen. A mat under your feet would help in wintertime. Melittapaperholder was missing. There was paper and coffee, but no holder.
