The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable! I would definitely want to stay here again if I am lucky enough to be able to return to beautiful Barcelona. I felt very safe here.
The only thing I can think of would be to maybe hem the shower curtain so that it only just reaches the bottom of the basin. Because they are very long, the curtain kept covering the drain, causing water to flow out of the basin and onto the bathroom floor.
Apartment was modern, clean, comfortable with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Best thing about the apartment was its Excellent location, in the heart of Barcelona. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and beaches or travel anywhere with the metro and bus stops near by. Centrally located yet on a quite street.
No noise from street but the design of the building, with its interior windows, allowed noise to travel between units within the building.
The location.
The smell was horrible. There is an obvious problem with sewer venting in. It wreeks of mold & mildew. Its priced like a 5 star but should pay YOU to stay & put up with the stench. The staff was unavailable & unhelpful. The office is far from the apartment & very difficult to find. The owner should meet the tenant AT the apartment to transfer keys & explain how equipment works. It was not disclosed that this is a4th floor walk up apartment. No lift. Xtra cleaning chgs were outrageous!
Location & outdoor space
Nothing
The photos pictured an apartment totally different from what it is in reality. The quality of equipment was very poor.
Location
Apartment is intriduced for 7 persons , but 2 washrooms / one is very very small and not repaired / and boilers are not enought to fufill requirements for washing. Equipments and furniture are old enought and all beds creaks in every move. Not available liquid detergent , sponge or even napkins for first night.
Building with apartments for rent . Clean , suitable for travelers . Avaialble equipped kitchen.
The only thing worth noting is the location Lo unico bueno a destacar es la ubicacion.
Amazing sunny deck with incredible view of the Sagrada Familia. Close to subway, and easy to move around the city. Safe, clean, quiet neighborhood.
Layout of the apartment does not have great 'flow' but the deck makes up for it.

El Prat Airport is located 12km to the South West of Barcelona with a variety of different transport options connecting it to the city centre. You can take the A1 or A2 bus from the airport to Plaza España and Plaza Cataluña. You can hop in one of the numerous taxis outside the airport, which take between 10 and 15 minutes to reach the centre, or you can opt to take the designated train which travels from the airport to Barcelona Sants Station every half an hour. From there, you are well connected to other parts of the city via the extensive and easy-to-use metro system.
You can also get to Barcelona from other Spanish and French cities via the large and reliable cross-country train services. Most routes terminate at Barcelona Sants, where you can then branch out to other parts of the city via the metro, buses, or taxis.
Getting around Barcelona is a piece of cake. It has large network of metro stations dotted around the city that connect all the major hotspots. Alternatively, there are several bus and tram services running along the Diagonal and to other parts of the city, as well as efficient train networks.
Spend an afternoon at the Parc de la Ciutadella strolling through the lush greenery and stopping for a picnic along the way. Afterwards, explore the old-fishing district of Barceloneta with its authentic atmosphere and wide range of seafood restaurants, and discover the up-and-coming Poble Nou area which boasts an eclectic selection of design-led cafes popular with trendy locals and young Barcelonians. At night, duck into the winding streets of the Gothic Quarter and El Born and enjoy a local glass of cava or two at one of the many rustic cava bars. We provide short term rental apartments around these areas
From quirky guesthouses hidden down the narrow laneways of the Gothic Quarter to opulent hotels set around the port, Barcelona accommodation is every bit as fascinating as the city itself. Whether you’re looking for a short term rental in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, a luxurious holiday home near the beach, or a historic encounter in one of the city’s oldest parts, Barcelona has your back. Just like the thriving food, culture, and art scene in Barcelona, the accommodation options are ahead of the game in terms of design, service, and style.
Barcelona is a bit of an anomaly as it’s one of the only capital cities in Europe that boasts a glorious stretch of beach right next to all the cultural hotspots. It’s the perfect place to soak up the Spanish sun, enjoy a mojito or two whilst watching the sunset, and hang out on a Sunday afternoon with good friends and good food.
We liked the outside space. Plenty hot water. Quiet up on 4th floor. Handy for grocery shop. Not far from la ramblers.
The showers didn't stay up. The toaster blew fuses. There was no oven or kettle. A lot of stairs. The towels were threadbare. No spare sheets. Only one pillow each.
