From the moment we were in contact with Marta due to our delayed flight from Spain, we were made to feel welcome and that nothing was a bother. The Villa is beautiful, well furnished & equipped, very clean and comfortable. It's location was perfect and will happily recommend it to family and friends, as well as hoping to return for another wonderful holiday in Lisbon.

The only thing we thought would have been helpful was paper towel in the kitchen. Otherwise everything we expected to be provided, was there.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can reach all wonderful places by foot. So near to Baixa-Chiado metro. The living space for 3 pax is comfortable.

The cleaning agents & toiletries provided are very limited..only good for 1 day. Some parts of the apartment is dusty and not clean.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and nicely renovated. And the location was perfect. All was just as described (and even better than) online. We were all five of us very impressed.

I would suggest more hooks and shelving in the bathrooms for added storage and hanging towels and clothes. Also many of the lightbulbs in the bathrooms were burnt out and no spares were made available.

A cosy and spacious apartment in a historic quarter. A very friendly landlady who provides a detailed info on sightseeing etc. We will definately choose this apartment next time again.

We had an easy pick up from the airport. The staff gave us some great advice about the city. The apartment is located in the heart of Alfama, close to all sites and many restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance to a major train station, taxis and metro (subway). Within a 5 minute walk, many bakeries, small grocery stores and gift shops. It was so easy to do day trips like Sintra and Fatima! Loved the apartment with windows that opened to the sights, sounds and smells of lisbon!

We have absolutely no complaints and would stay here again. It was perfect for 2 people (or more if you are okay with a smaller space.) The laundry and kitchen facilities were a bonus if you like to have your breakfast in the apartment. We look forward to returning!

Location is tough to beat! Apartment is gorgeous and has great potential.

Apartment is NOT ready to receive guests yet. It is brand new and thus there are many things that need attention I.e. no towel racks or hooks to hang towels, no kitchen towels, no garbage bins except one in the kitchen, etc.,

Apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Plenty of sockets. Everything worked fine.

We knew it was on the fifth floor and very grateful the lift worked !! But a small lift so difficulty getting baby buggy in , however it was do-able and nothing to improve on
