Bright, comfortable, clean. Terraces wonderful, morning & afternoon. Perfect location for Navona area, “Ghetto”, Trastavere, Vatican. Excellent bed & pillows, good hot water

Kitchen, refrigerator a little “tired” though we still enjoyed making breakfast, even one lunch there, in part because we so enjoyed eating on the terraces

Your apartment was excellent for my family of seven. Lots of space, and bedroom privacy. The apartment was very clean, every appliance worked perfectly, and your contact person, Loreto, was always available. Your preview pictures were accurate, and the coffee shops and restaurants, literally, by the front door, was very convenient. Your apartment added to our enjoyment of Rome.

Unfortunatel, the air conditioner in the middle bedroom leaked, and couldn't be used, as it would wet the carpet. However, the weather was not too hot, as to need the air.

The large comfortable living room/dining room combination allowed all 6 of us to congregate easily together.

The shower system. It was scalding most of the time and would go from full pressure to a trickle of water throughout your whole use. Very unsatisfying.

Location

A little bit of noise.

The apartment is located in a very lively location : shops, coffee bars, pizzerie and restaurants are at walking distance...if you leave windows open you may hear something during the day..but is is in any case quiet during the night.

You are right next to Roma termini which helped us to navigate around. Also I liked the view of a park from the living room view.

Smell of sewage, broken sofa bed which was not usable (multiple bars missing) broken ceiling light glass, broken toilet seat, very fragile dining table and chairs.
