The Space 

Welcome to Pimlico, an upmarket residential area located just north of the River Thames in London, neighbouring Westminster and Belgravia.

The property is located on the lower ground floor of the building, with steps leading down to a private front door access. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests making it the perfect place for a family, group of friends or business travellers visiting the capital. 

London's top cultural and historical attractions are in the vicinity and within walking distance including Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, Big Ben, National Army Museum and Hyde Park which are all under a 25-minute walk away from the property. The surrounding area also boasts a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

Victoria Station is an 8-minute walk away, providing great transportation links across the entire city. The station services the Circle, District and Victoria lines as well as the Gatwick Express. The nearest bus stop is Victoria Coach Station which is a 5-minute walk down the road. If you're travelling by car, the A3213 Vauxhall Bridge Road is just around the corner.

The living room is beautifully decorated with aesthetic interiors and offers a comfortable sofa (that can be converted into a double sofa bed), an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a working desk area.

The adjacent dining area can seat up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. 

There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom and Bathroom

Master Bedroom: a warm & cosy bedroom with beautiful interiors, offering a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV and built-in wardrobes.

The courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and offers comfortable outdoor furniture making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of something fizzy during the warmer months!

There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep up to 2 guests. 

There is 1 bathroom in the property which is fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. 

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire flat. A member of The London Residents Club will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. The property is located on the third floor.

We will ensure that there is someone in the flat upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. House Rules - Additional Rules

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 4;

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties;

• No candles;

• Dispose of rubbish appropriately;

• Keep the property clean and tidy;

• Please keep the noise down and respect your neighbours;

• Please remember to close all the windows when leaving the flat;

• Ensure that the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout your stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e., over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost.

*Please note that once the booking is confirmed, we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time, you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.

**Please also note that check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!

***Checkout is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time, but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart, but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. If you'd like to stay later than 3pm, you will be required to purchase an extra night's stay.

  • If you choose Paypal or Bank Transfer as your payment method, you'll be required to cover the total amount at the time of booking. The cancellation conditions for credit card bookings will apply in such cases (see time frames). International bank transfers will not be accepted if they have not been made 4 working days prior to arrival at the apartment.
