Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor. Guests can take the lift up to the 3rd floor and then the stairs.

Set within an imposing warehouse style building, we offer this one bedroom apartment with a large private terrace. The apartment boasts hardwood flooring, high ceilings and bright rooms throughout. The open plan living area boasts access onto a large terrace. A spacious double bedroom is available with a master bathroom. Ironmonger Row offers easy access to Old Street Station with the City a short walk away, whilst Farringdon, Barbican and Angel are all within easy reach.
Old Street has become a favourable location for notable graffiti artists such as Banksy, who like many people may have been attracted by the breadth of artisan bakeries, coffee shops and vintage clothes shops in nearby Shoreditch.

If you choose Paypal or Bank Transfer as your payment method, you'll be required to cover the total amount at the time of booking. The cancellation conditions for credit card bookings will apply in such cases (see time frames). International bank transfers will not be accepted if they have not been made 4 working days prior to arrival at the apartment.
