This is a residential building, where families with children live, and the following rules of coexistence must be strictly adhered to: smoking is not permitted on the aparment nor on the terrace, parties can not be held on the apartment, nor make noise from the 22 hours, the garbage should be deposited in the container outside the building, never in the door of the house, the parking space is marked and should not take another, in case of doubt call the reception. If the house is damaged or the rules of cohabitation are broken, 150 Euros will be charged .

Parking is accessed through the parking door on Calle Eucaliptos nº3
The Parking space is nº 10, at the end of the parking lot on the right.
