Description
This studio is located in the heart of the old town Porto steps away from Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello and one street away from São Bento metro station. The studio it's on the 4th floor of a building completely renewed between 2014 and 2015.
The studio has a comfortable double bed, a small but well equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. A big floor to ceiling window will give you access to a lovely balcony. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet and the kitchen is equipped with microwaves, a stove and a small fridge. From the windows you have a beautiful river view.
It'll be charged upon arrival the Porto City Tax of 2€ per day and per person (up to a maximum of 7 nights).
Our check-in time is till 10 pm, is possible to schedule a late check-in but will have an extra cost of 25€. For every reservations made from 1st of July'18.

Neighborhood information
The neighborhood it's Unesco Heritage Site very pitoresque and typical, narrow streets up and down the river. And because of that most of the best sightseeing The street where the apartment is located it's very quiet, there is no bars and a few small restaurants, but streets away you are surrounded with great bars, excellent restaurants and cool shops.
The studio is less than 5 min walking from metro and train stations São Bento, that connect with the airport. Taxi's point is just 2 min away as well as the nearest bus stop Cordoaria.

Excellent location and contact with owners!!!
Really liked the apartment. The bed was good, the kitchen with its small table and two chairs was perfect for two people. Highly recommend it. Our flight was delayed 17 hours and the owners met us late at night and explained everything about the apartment and even gave advice on how to get around the city. If we are ever back in Porto, we will stay here again!
Only down side is that it was on the top floor of the building so you had to clime a few flights of stairs.
Everything about the room was good; the room was comfortable, clean and light, the view over the city was perfect and the proximity to the centre was just fine. Away from the noisy tourist things, but only 5 minutes away from all the good spots. Good shower, strong wifi and a good bed. Definetly a unique place :)
