Perfect location for visiting all the major historical sites of the city. On the forward entrance to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel from the apartment you can enjoy the view of the Vatican City. Only 200 meters from the Basilica of San Pietro, it is possible to walk to the Basilica di San Pietro, Castel S. Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon. Metro Station at 50 meters. With 3 metro stops you will arrive in Piazza di Spagna starting point for walks to discover the most beautiful places of the city, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio, Roman Forum, or for an exciting day of shopping. Prati is famous for shopping and through its streets you can find stores of famous fashion designers. A few meters from the apartment is the Triumphal Market, one of the largest and most famous markets of Rome. Here you can buy at affordable prices all foodstuffs and typical Italian products. Under the market is situated a large and convenient parking. In the same street as the apartment there are 2 supermarkets open on Sundays. Outstanding location. Had a wonderful month in March 2017. The neighborhood is the safest in Rome and near the Vatican and taxis making travel around the city easy. Restaurant right next door that has gourmet food at reasonable price. The owner is fabulous and will do anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. This was a full month of a dream come true vacation!
Hated to have to leave.
