Great location along a ped-only street. Quiet except for being near a rugby field which was a bit noisy on the day of a big game. The apartment is fully within a courtyard so there is no street noise, just a bit from other apartments facing the courtyard.
Would suggest an upgrade to the coffee provided. Perhaps a real coffee maker.
Location. Location, patio! Perfect for seeing the palace, exploring Old Town, and access to the water. The patio was perfect for coffee or wine, before or after our day and the flat, although small, was perfect. Grown-ups downstairs, kid upstairs in the loft. Maroje was great. He picked us up at the airport and made sure we were all settled.
The positioning so close to the city life and yet so quiet once stepping through the courtyard.
For us it was fine altogether and no real problems, perhaps someone wishing to use the hotplates would need to be very, very patient, as the supply of electricity is not what we're used to at home.
The apartment was in a GREAT location, very close to the old city. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. Everything you needed for a short stay was located inside the apartment. When we did find the place, the contact person was very gracious and helped us find free parking and waited for us to struggle with the ATMs in order to pay him.
Firstly, the communication with the contact person was difficult. I only had their email and so when I arrived, I didn't know exactly where to go and it was difficult to contact them. The address I had for the apartment didn't go to the exact location, so I wandered around the streets for about a half hour until he answered my email. We also didn't know where to park our car and ended up parking it quite far from the apartment. Also, the apartment washer made our clothes smell horrible.
