Description

Dimora Cantore 3 is located on the second floor of an elegant building with lift near Via Mazzini, the famous shopping street connecting Piazza Brà to Piazza delle Erbe. After the short entry there is the living room with 1 single sofa bed and the dining area with a square table that can accommodate up to 3 people both separated by 2 columns. With this clever division, you have created a movement with the fully equipped kitchen and equipped with everything you need to cook. The bedroom consists of a double bed, a large wardrobe with three doors where you can enter everything you need. From the room you access to a small balcony that gives onto the street. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and shower. It is equipped with every comfort: tv, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave. Residences 1,2,3,4 are all in the same building and can accommodate up to 13 people.

RULES
The Italian Law establishes that we have to fill a contract with the data of our guests.We kindly ask our guests to sign our contract at their arrival.
All the guests have to show their Identity Card or passport at their arrival.
Tourist tax per day/ per person (>14 yrs) € 1,50

The delivery of the keys takes place at our office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 3:00 PM to 7:30PM. Requests of earlier delivery are subject to availability upon check-in. (will be satisfied if the apartment is already available.If not, guests can store their cases during office hours.
In case of late Check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
Alternatively, with a surcharge of € 30,00 until 10:00 PM and €50,00 between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM for the night service.
Smoking is forbidden.
Pets welcome up to size medium, on request at € 25.00.
