The apartment is a huge 120 sq m and can sleep up to 6/8 guests. This is a good solution for groups or family who want to discover the real life of the centre of Rome. It is composed of a main entrance that leads to the large living room, furnished with two double sofabeds, a wooden table and chairs, TV and video recorder. There are two large double bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has shower.
The apartment is 3 minutes walking distance from the world famous Trevi Fountain, the masterpiece of the late baroque. Behind the fountain is the facade of the Palazzo Poli. This architectonic fantasy was commissioned by Clemente XII and executed by Nicola Salvi (1792) who may have been inspired by a design of Bernini. In a large central niche, we see the Neptune on his chariot drawn by marine horses, preceded by two tritons. The playful exuberance of these waters splashing over the rocks, to the centre, and to the side, makes an unforgettable impression.
The apartment is just a few metres away from the Quirinal Palace which is the official residence of the President of the Italian Republic.
Good starting point for the tour of the city: Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona are just around.
