Beautiful apartment recently renovated with the finest materials by renowned architect Manuel Ocaña.Chic, modern, bright and very comfortable. The green color is the protagonist of the whole house: wooden floors, ceilings and some walls are stained it. Every piece of furniture, photography was carefully chosen design and antique shops.The living room is dominated by a nice sofa danish 60s and retains the old wooden beams. This sofa converts into a bed. The living is open to both the kitchen and the dining room, from whose rosewood table enjoying magnificent views of the Teatro Real.The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Is high and receives light from. A nice green bar with stools makes this stay perfect place for breakfast.The bedroom is connected to the bath through an original asymmetrical window. There is a large wardrobe of work covered by a gauze curtain beautiful olive green.The bathroom, which also overlooks the Teatro Real, has an spectacular cave shower.
The situation of the house is excellent, located in the absolute center of the city. Within the Triangle metro stops, Callao, Sol and Opera, all within a few minutes walking. It is a tourist area, a few meters you will find the shops Madrid's most lively yet retains the essence of neighborhood. The atmosphere is very pleasant and fun one can enjoy fine dining terraces and historic sites as well as a few minutes walk landmarks such as the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace.
