A refreshing plunge in the 5m x 4m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1,4-2m, sunbathe on one of the four sun loungers, play on the lawn, enjoy the clear view over the village from any of the furnished terraces while preparing a tasteful barbecue with your loved ones, relaxing with long after-dinner conversation, under the starry night… This will be the perfect holiday! The garden is fenced and there are neighbors on both sides.On the main floor there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living room has two parts, connected by two open doorways: one of the living rooms has a sofa and 4 arm chairs, television and a fireplace and the other has two arm chairs, a desk, a piano and huge windows with clear views. The first part of the living room connects with the dining room through a sliding door. It counts with a dining table for 6 and opens up to a terrace with another dining table for 6, under a pergola. The modern kitchen is independent, works with an induction hob and counts with a dining table for 4, an electric oven, a dishwasher and further utensils to prepare an exquisite meal with your family. The kitchen has access to a third terrace, with another table for 4. On this floor, we also find a bath room with a shower, for general use, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bath room with a bath tub. The stairs lead us down to the next level, where there are two bedrooms with access to the garden. Both bedrooms count with a single bed and a desk. There is a bath room with a bath tub. On this floor, there is a third living, with a sofa bed, which can be prepared for two extra persons to sleep on. On request, 4 fans can be prepared, as well as a baby bed and a high chair. The whole house is equipped with central heating, which also makes it a perfect hide-away during the colder days.Gènova is a relatively quiet village, on the outskirts of Palma, at the foot of the Na Burguesa hills. It has become a residential district of the island’s capital. It is popularly known for its restaurants with typical Mallorcan dishes. There are some interesting sites to visit, like the caves of Gènova, in the middle of the village (with a length of almost 1 km and a depth of 36m), the Na Burguesa hills of about 486m and excellent views on the sea, on Calvià and on the mountains to the North and the East. The shops in Gènova cover basic necessities, and all other services you will find in Palma. Within half an hour walking (2,5 km) you could reach the seaside boulevard, the enormous shopping mall Porto Pi or the park of the Bellver Castle. You may want to visit Palma’s old town, with its small alleys and it’s impressive interior patios, a walk down the Paseo Maritimo to the famous cathedral or to visit any of the interesting museums that the island’s capital offers.NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service.
