This quiet apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies. The apartment opens onto a hallway , directly after there is a lounge with a TV corner and a sofa. An arch divides the living room and creates a separate environment (located in front of the kitchen), which is furnished with a glass table with four chairs.
The kitchen has an elegant glass sliding door and is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, oven top, cutlery and crockery for six people.
In the hallway there is a closet and a utility room.
The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with 5 doors. There is also a small balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (160cm x 190cm), chest of drawers and an en suite with bathroom with a bath tub and hand shower. Also from this room there is access to a second balcony where there is the washing machine.
The second bathroom thas a shower cabin.
The house is air conditioned.

The area Delle Vittorie (north of the city, close to the Aurelian Walls and the Tiber river) was born as "Milvio" in 1911, during the urban reorganization of 1909 was renamed "Delle Vittorie" in memory of the victory of the Great War. This is a residential neighborhood but is also home to the Rai Headquarters(Italian state televison network) courts and the Court of Auditors, as well as theaters, cinemas and restaurants of all kinds. Five of the most beautiful bridges of Rome are located right in this area (Ponte Milvio Ponte Duca d'Aosta, the Risorgimento Bridge, Ponte Matteotti, Ponte della Musica); moreover, it is located near major museums, including the Museum of Physics and Natural Sciences of Mamiani, the Astronomical and Copernican Museum and the Historical Museum of Engineers.
