Квартира шикарная, два этажа, мне очень понравилась. На втором этаже окно расположено на крыше- можно слушать дождь, это романтично. Так же понравилось то, что квартира теплая. Илария очень предупредительная и милая, готова в любой момент прийти на помощь. Поэтому думаю, что если буду во Флоренции- остановлюсь именно здесь.

Во Флоренции очень много индийцев и арабов. Немного было страшно, хотя они добродушные.

Shower in main bathroom, not having anywhere to put rubbish, temperature could have been warmer in apartment remembering thst it was winter

Location! Location! Location! We were able to walk to everything so easily. Our host left us with great information about things to do and restaurants to visit. Being in the heart of Florence allowed us to fully feel like we were living there. We loved the eclectic charm of the flat. We were able to utilize the cook top and fridge, making our own Italian breakfast and espresso and coffee in the morning.

Can't think of a thing. This place was everything we had hoped it would be.

O apartamento é suficiente no que oferece. É confortável, limpo, e charmoso. Fica em Oltrarno, ou seja, do outro lado do Rio Arno, longe, cerca de 2km das atrações principais. É ao lado da torre de san niccolo e ao lado da piazza michelangello. A rua é uma charmosa rua de moradores e jovens com trattorias antigas de bairro. É um apartamento para pessoas boêmias que gostam de andar..., é muito interessante, pois o prédio é antigo e reformado. O atendimento foi ótimo também.

The location was great, on the edge of the centre of the city but only a 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. It was very well equipped and maintained with all the comforts of home. Beds were very comfortable and all sheets and towels were exceptionally clean. The owner Alberto was wonderful from start to finish.

There was nothing we didn't like and can't say that anything needs improving.

The location is supurb and the lay out of the bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for a group or family. We were a group of 6 girlfriends and it was just right. I will consider staying here with my family of 5 when I return to Florence. The kitchen is very nice and having a clothes washer was wonderful. I also liked that we could stay just one night, which is rare in apartment rentals.

There seemed to be a bit of disconnect for communication between the owner and the service checking us in, but it all worked out in the end. Also, for such a large apartment that can accommodate a group, having more keys would have made our stay better.

The pillows were not good. There were mosquitos in the apartment at night.

The apartment is very comfortable and it is well equipped. Very close to all the main attractions in Florence. Host was very kind and had lots of information to share with her guests. Definitely recommend.
