Excellent central location and well equipped apartment with good balcony with views over the old city. Owner Nevan and his wife were very pleasant and helpful. No hesitation in re commending it.

Very nice apartment with excellent location and views
We did not get the apartment we had booked. The landlord informed us just outside the apartment that the booked one was occupied and that we needed to change. We stood with no choice but to accept. Be careful
It 's a true that I inform guest after arrival in Split, because I had a technical problem in my apartment . I need to fix this problem and I solved it late afternoon /evening. I gave my guest apartment better position ( sea port/down town), large and expensive then my, Anyway he check in apartment earlier then usually about 11 o clock and I gave 20% off discount for this inconvenience. So far I've never had complaints about my business I would like to give one note this guest after 6 days need again one night to sleep in Split and he asked me to get the same apartment
You cant find a better landlord. I cant say any bad of anything because everything was excellent. I really recommend this apartment to my friends if they ever are going to Split.

The apartment is located within the heart of the city, all areas of interest are conveniently located, shopping, restaurants, boating/ferries, historical interest, museums, parks, etc, etc... We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would happily stay there again!!
Bit of a climb up the stairs, but not a problem for someone that is agile. If you can't walk easily then the stairs might prove difficult (some 60 steps I think). Otherwise the apartment is superb, and comfortable, with air-conditioning if required.
