There was absolutely nothing to like.

The apartment was dark because there was no main lighting that was in operation (the main lamp was broken and propped up my weights). The bed was most uncomfortable with sheets that did fit properly. We had to request pillow slips for very old and dirty pillows. There was no room to store any articles as the cupboards were filled with other items. Our repeated requests to repair lighting went ignored. No one ever answered our calls. The worst place we have ever stayed in,

Beau petit studio situé au 17ème étage d'une tour avec vue sur la BNF. Très agréable. Calme. Accueil chaleureux. Bien situé, proche d'une station de métro.

Quelques équipements sont un peu vieillots (plomberie notamment)

Very good price for Paris within the city and easy walk to the Metro. The beds were perfect for one adult couple and a child.

The apartment needs some renovation and newer "equipment". It could also be cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Le studio très bien équipé et conforme à l'annonce est situé dans un quartier calme, près du métro et des commerces La literie est très confortable. nous retenons l’adresse et la conseillerons fortement .nous remercions le propriétaire, Monsieur AFIFI pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité

Compact and convenient apartment in nice traditional Parisian building near metro station and all shops. Michel was right on time and very clear with all necessary information for check-in and check-out.

Not the owner's fault but the neighbour next door had two loud all-night parties in one week.

Helpfulness at check-in. We were confused about the location and our host helped us find it! Apartment is well equipped and in a good location. Everything was comfortable and clean and charming!

Location was excellent. Just a short walk to Notre Dame, the Seine, Pantheon and more. There was a grocery store next to the apartment and bakery across the street. I definitely recommend this location. Our contact person, Stephane was excellent in quick response to any questions or concerns we had. He took good care of us.

The furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable but adequate. The pictures are true, what you see is what you get.
