Nice clean hotel and the location is perfect
The Hotel evening entertainment was poor daytime ok but only for up toa12 years the location near the square made up for this, the apartment was very clean but needed a little updating in general we enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Had two balconies so you could move according to the sun! Ceiling fans were essential!
It would be good to leave some basics so everyone new person doesnt need to buy washing up liquid etc! I left things but I suspect it will all be taken away. No need for this just wasteful.
We had a great stay at the apartments only 5 minutes from Sa Coma beach. The staff were very friendly and approachable as well as helping us with general stuff like more sheets or toilet rolls etc. Pool area very clean but i was put out by the 7am brigade of holidaymakers putting their towels out like you would put out a cat. Other than that the apartments were very clean and basic with air conditioning which cost a refundable 20 euros for a remote. Would I stay there again...hell yes!

The apartment is well located. There is a big supermarket just across the road and the beach, bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away. The location was very safe and family friendly.
The apartment is in real need of renovation. They have renovated the reception area but the apartment is full of very tired furniture, a hard bed, poor lights and fridge. Today furniture is so affordable therefore it's a shame they have not reinvested money into upgrading the rooms.
The room far reached our expectations in size and comfort for the price we paid
Nothing needs improvement
It is a cosy apartment situated quite far from the center of Palma in a calm relaxing area. Guests are kindly provided with some presents by a hospitable nice landlady.
The public transport system is inconvenient during weekend.
The clean apartment and surroudings. Excellent position by the sea and shopping bulevardi. Nice pools and gym.
