Description
This lovely apartment is on the second floor of a building recently built and equipped with a lift. Residence San Zeno 3 opens directly into the living area with a comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, flat screen TV, dining table and four chairs. The living room also has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave and everything needed for cooking. The room has a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment is stylish and has a 'large shower. Also San Zeno 3 has air conditioning, washer, dryer and WI-FI and can accommodate up to 4 people. Overlooking a small street inside the apartment is also very quiet. Along with Dimora San Zeno Residence San Zeno 1 and 2 you can accommodate up to 12 people and is perfect for a family or group of friends planning a vacation in Verona.
RULES
The Italian Law establishes that we have to fill a contract with the data of our guests.We kindly ask our guests to sign our contract at their arrival.
All the guests have to show their Identity Card or passport at their arrival.
Tourist tax per day/ per person (>14 yrs) € 1,50
The delivery of the keys takes place at our office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 3:00 PM to 7:30PM. Requests of earlier delivery are subject to availability upon check-in. (will be satisfied if the apartment is already available.If not, guests can store their cases during office hours.
In case of late Check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
Alternatively, with a surcharge of € 30,00 until 10:00 PM and €50,00 between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM for the night service.
Smoking is forbidden.
Pets welcome up to size medium, on request at € 25.00.

The apartment 'located in Via Scarsellini. 19 in a district of ancient, rich in art and history, known as the patron saint of San Zeno in Verona. In the heart of the district we can find charming local restaurants, shops and craft shops. With a walk of about 15 minutes to reach CastelVecchio, Arena and other important sites. If you prefer to use public transport, close to home, there are more stops of bus routes that lead to all the main attractions of Verona. The area is populated by trendy bars, wine bars and restaurants where guests can enjoy a cappuccino or a good Italian wine.

If you choose Paypal or Bank Transfer as your payment method, you'll be required to cover the total amount at the time of booking. The cancellation conditions for credit card bookings will apply in such cases (see time frames). International bank transfers will not be accepted if they have not been made 4 working days prior to arrival at the apartment.
